spending time at home

I have been at home now for four weeks, following an operation. I have found that despite thinking I could snap to it and get on - only key hole surgery afterall, I haven't been able to. I have done some work on my PhD, played with the blog (ie trying to learn how to do things) and played with our new puppy ( nine month old Merlot - who joined us before Cindy died) I have not felt any energy to run around and shop till I drop (not that I have the money to shop of course)

I have been looking forward to retirement in four years, but now I don't know. I want to do so much when I retire, teach history - travel - go to the theater but does some button go off in your head which says 'hey your old'

Enough of feeling sorry for myself.

Does any body out there know about the following persons -
  • Nellie Trew (murder victim 1918) David Greenwood (convicted of the Murder)
  • Dingri Singh (Palmer) (served in french army? during World War One but lived in Eltham UK)

These are other research topics of mine. Granny
